At Quartet, we want you to love your home; if a piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging and in unassembled, like-new condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding and hardware included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
