Standard shipping usually takes 5-10 business days. For larger furniture pieces requiring white-glove delivery, please allow 2-3 weeks for scheduling and transit.

What is your return policy for home decor?

We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made upholstery and final sale items are non-refundable.

Are your wood products sustainably sourced?

Yes, Quartet is committed to sustainability. All our wooden furniture is crafted from FSC-certified timber and finished with low-VOC stains to ensure safety for your home and the environment.

Do you offer fabric swatches before I make a purchase?

Absolutely. You can order up to five complimentary fabric swatches through our 'Swatch Request' page to ensure the color and texture perfectly match your space.

Do you provide assembly services?

Many of our larger pieces include optional White-Glove Delivery, which features room-of-choice placement, full assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
